Bobby's extensive hockey background and resume spans over 3 decades as a player, coach, GM, scout and Director of Player Personnel, to name few. His experiences in the game are at virtually every level. As a Head Coach for over 10 years in the BCHL, Bobby's teams were widely accepted as the standard for on ice success and advancing players to the higher levels of the game, especially NCAA Division 1 Hockey. As the Director of Player Personnel for Global Sports Camps, he has been responsible for thousands of players and their hockey trajectories. As a Director of Player Personnel for a Junior A team, he has amassed a huge knowledge base of players and his connections to NCAA D-I and D-III schools is extensive.
